Engaging Hearts, Transforming Worship
Why we exist.
Engaging our hearts in worship changes everything!
We believe that God created worship to transform our hearts, to encourage our faith, and to enable us to authentically encounter Him. For this to happen God longs for us to worship Him from our hearts, and not just with our lips (Isaiah 29:13, Matthew 15)!!! Jesus is adamant about this! He longs for worship to change us, not to just fill space in our services.
To that end, the Engaging the Heart Worship Collective exists to help churches and worship teams move from leading services filled with ‘song times’ and ‘programming elements’ to offering times of creative, engaging and authentic worship each week. God longs for genuine, creative communities of artists to bring their gifts to our churches each week in ways that help us to deeply connect with Him. The Engaging the Heart Worship Collective can help you transform your services from church meetings into ‘can’t miss’ times of meeting with our Father. Our goal is to see every church bring God a richer offering of worship each week that changes us and more deeply honors Him! “
What it looks like.
INTERVIEWS:
We begin each month with a live interview with someone who can simply help us lead our teams, our services, and worship more effectively. In the last year we had powerful discussions about worship with world-renowned leaders like Darlene Zschech, Tommy Walker, Rory Noland, Nancy Beach and Todd Elliott from FILO and many others.
Each of these leaders humbly and graciously taught us ways that we could bring God a richer offering of worship each week, whether as singers, instrumentalists, speakers, or tech team members! See an example of what some of these leaders shared with us on the Learn More page!
Community
The Worship Collective is designed for community! Join a family of Worship Leaders from around the world to learn from each other and lift each other up!
Your membership in the Worship Collective’ includes your entire worship, tech and leadership teams. Get everyone on the same page and learning the same things
Q and A:
Q and A sessions allow us to talk about and receive coaching on the common and specific issues we face in our ministries, on our staff, and in our services.
Creativity:
As a community, we are able to share what’s moving our congregations these days! Innovative ideas keep worship fresh! New songs that are changing hearts, creative approaches for holiday services, and out-of-the box ways to engage people’s hearts.
Best Practices:
We share what’s working and what’s not working, ways to grow in our roles, and team building strategies. It’s the place to find out what is working for other leaders from around the country and around the world!
